I looking for some landscape design for a Restaurant/cellar door.
I am restoring an old stables building into a restaurant/cellar door for a new winery. The Walls of the building will be rammed earth, and the interior will be a mix of Rustic and Modern design. The restaurant will have an organic, Straw-bale garden on the northern side, and a rammed earth wall on the eastern side to help block traffic noise. I envisage the wall being around 7 feet tall, and possibly having some inset features/greenery to break up the appearance. I will be incorporating some artwork from local artists into the gardens, and also possibly some rammed earth or concrete benches. People will be able to purchase picnic hampers for outdoor picnics, and there will be a small play area for children. I will put up a link to a Pinterest inspiration board. I am open to any ideas, but do not want to do major landscaping - the premise of the winery is organic - low impact. The building is a decagon, and I would like it if there could be some reflection of this in the design, but not crucial. This is the first stage in a future, larger winery project for us.
