The garage will be a 3 car garage situated on the rear of the site. It will have a suite on the second floor. The garage will be approx. 74.3 sq m [800 sq ft] and the suite approx. 60.4 sq m [650 sq ft]. The suite will be a 1 bedroom full bath and small kitchen / living area.
The house will be 4 meters [13 ft] from the property line. It will be a 2-1/2 story (the half story is a 3rd floor but half the area of the second floor) with basement.
